At the end of each coaching cycle, we ask for a self-assessment
on the value we provide. If our clients believe they are not on
the path to return at least twice what they're investing, we
shall refund our services.
We are in the business of exchanging value for value.
If in the process our consulting fees do not make improvements across
the four perspectives of financials, customers, business processes
and learning-growth - according to objective measures of value -
we provide a full money-back guarantee. Period.
In
any service industry a guarantee like this is almost unheard of.
This is not like a product that can be replaced, but it is an exchange
of time in personalized coaching which cannot be gained back. It
also takes the place of someone else who could have been coached,
but was turned away.
Naturally,
as such, we are selective in the clients we work with, to ensure
that we can effectively make major improvements. We only
work with individuals and businesses that are responsible for making
changes and implementing their goals into actionable steps. We will
also realistically let you know what are our limitations, and when/
where coaching will not make a significant difference.
We
believe this is only fair. The bottom line is, if in the process
you and your business have gained little, we don't deserve our
fees.
